Water fast Tuesday 9/18- Tuesday

Day # 1 Tuesday 9/18 prepared for my object poem book, researched useful things participated in the fasting group, talk to a friend did extra grooming went for a powerwalk went shopping with daughter, bought some more teas for water fast got back online to speak to fasting group wrote two poems read watched a movie bored a little, need to fill in my schedule more. My senses are getting stronger. I suddenly can smell tea through the packs. I didn't feel as tired, when I drank more water. The tea seemed to curve the hunger, especially when I drank two cups within a 40 minute period. My legs ached a bit. I feel like the water fasting is making me more interest in connecting with new people. I realize that it important to not get bored and keep it fun and new. I plan to really keep myself even more busy.  I never really realized how control I was by food until I water fasted. Sunday and monday 18 hours fast MONDAY WEIGHED IN AT 201. LOST 10 POUNDS SINCE WEDNESDAY.

Keeping calories under 800. Sunday Time ate: 5pm Chicken soup (3 cups) peanut butter and jelly sandwhich 3 crackers. half a cup of milk. Monday: time ate: 5pm two chicken wraps with no bacon carrots and tomatoe smoothie with cayienne pepper. vitamins taken. Things done: garden work, research, joined a group for fasting, cleaned kichen and valcummed, watched a show. Powerwalked, talk to people. i drank about 16 cups of water a day and drank organic detox tea b4y better for you. no calorie no caffeine. 3 cups a day. apple cider vinegar and water when waking and before bed

3 Day Water Fast Wednesday - Saturday 9/16/2018

Things I did: I went on long walks, trails I did garden work, cleaned house, and read and watched long movies and talked to friends. How I felt 1st day: difficult to fight hunger 2nd day: cranky and tired sore legs, crampy, some achey chest, happy easy to fight hunger I went nature watching. Last day went for a long walk on a trail with eric. i drank about 16 cups of water a day and drank organic detox tea b4y better for you. no calorie no caffeine. 3 cups a day. apple cider vinegar and water when waking and before bed
